Project Architect
Kurani is seeking an experienced and talented architect to join our team on full-time. In this important role, you will lead the design for meaningful architectural projects from concept through construction.

You’ll be expected to take the lead on
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and clients to understand project requirements and design intent
- Prepare design concepts and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Oversee the production of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Ensure design solutions meet building codes and zoning regulations
- Coordinate with consultants and engineering teams to integrate various design disciplines
- Maintain project schedules and budgets, and ensure design quality throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead and mentor junior design staff in developing innovative and functional design solutions
You’d be a good fit if you have/are
- Experience with ground up construction projects, permit sets, and construction details
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Excellent design skills, with a strong understanding of architectural principles and construction methods
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited program

Project Manager
Kurani is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team full-time. In this important role, you will oversee the execution of meaningful architectural projects from concept through construction.

You’ll be expected to take the lead on
- Manage all phases of architectural projects, including programming, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration
- Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to clients and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, issues, and conflicts throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with building codes and zoning regulations
- Coordinate the submission of permit applications and other regulatory approvals
- Mentor and supervise project managers and junior staff members

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management for architectural projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from start to finish

Administrative Assistant
Are you an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive person who enjoys supporting busy professionals? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Administrative Assistant position with Kurani.
We’re looking for a freelance Administrative Assistant to work part-time (10-20 hours/week), who is capable of taking ownership over the company’s administrative work. Your role will be to take over administrative tasks so that our team can focus its time on design.

Social Media Marketer
Do you know how to grow audiences and raise brand awareness through social? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Social Media Marketer position with Kurani. We’re looking for a freelance social media guru to work part-time (10-15 hours/week) and remotely.
As a Social Media Marketer, you will play a key role in increasing brand visibility and recognition, driving conversions through social channels, expanding follower base across platforms, optimizing content for audience retention, building relationships with followers, and driving social media referrals to our website. You will also be tasked with growing the personal audience of our founder, Danish Kurani, a key figure in social impact design.
You’ll be expected to take the lead on
- creating and owning social media strategy
- high-level decisions about campaign direction
- connecting social efforts to broader marketing goals
- managing campaign budgets and ROI
- creating visual content that highlights Kurani projects and community impact, while also showcasing our founder’s ideas on design, architecture, and social change
- managing day-to-day social media operations including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking
- managing the editorial calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all social channels
- monitoring social media trends to ensure we stay relevant and engaging
- analyzing social media performance and adjusting strategies to continuously grow our audience
You’d be a good fit if you have/are
- 5+ years of experience in social media marketing with brands or influencers
- worked with both individuals and companies to grow their audiences
- a proven track record of increasing brand awareness
- familiarity with metrics and tracking KPIs (CTR, engagement, conversions)
- strong portfolio showcasing expertise
- up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools
- proficient in editing photos and videos
